Beer pong is American’s most popular drinking game.  This article is meant to introduce someone who has never played before so you can start playing this really entertaining and competitive game.

To play beer pong you need 20 oz plastic cups, ping pong balls, a table to play on, beer to drink and friends to play with.  All inexpensive and easy to find.  Now that you have the materials together you have to set up.  Set up the cups in a triangle formation on both sides of the table.  Each side is for each team playing.  If you are playing 1 on 1 then play with 6 cups on each side, if you are playing 2 on 2 then play 10 cups on each side.  Now you need 1 more cup on each side filled with water which is used to clean the balls off before you shoot.

Now you pour the beer in the cups.  Usually if you are playing 6 cup you use 1 beer and if you are playing 10 cup you use 2 beers.  Many places use water in the back 4 cups and a beer in the front 6.  You can do whatever you want – always remember to drink at your own pace.  Now you take the ping pong balls and try to shoot them into your opponents cups.  Each time a cup is sunk, it is taken off the table and drank by the defending team.  First team to sink all of their opponents cups wins.

Autistic children do play ping pong ball. Yes, it is true, autistic children do and are able to play the game of ping pong ball. But, what is the purpose? Most children with autism have a passion for playing some kind of a sport game, which helps them to be on common ground and connect with their peers.

The main purpose for teaching ping pong ball to children with autism, is that it develops coordination in the arms, wrist, and improves leg movement, motor skills, helps to focus to have a better attention span, and it gives an excellent work out of exercise and does not require expensive equipment.
